Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via PayFast to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Defective Products: For faulty items, we cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
5. Warranty/Guarantee
What does Highlander’s warranty cover?
Kydex is a tough thermoplastic, but it’s not immune to wear. Like a pair of shoes, holsters experience natural wear and may develop cracks over time, especially in high-stress areas.
Unlike some brands that offer unsustainable “lifetime warranties,” we provide practical coverage:
0-2 Years: Free replacement for damaged holsters.
2-4 Years: 50% discount on a replacement.
4+ Years: 25% discount on a replacement.
If clips break or screws loosen (we recommend using thread lock), we’ll send replacements free of charge.
